My parents took the dogs to the Malibu Arts Festival for the day. At first they said they were going so that I could have a quiet house to study in. Later, they admitted they were going because the dogs like art festivals. The dogs are in fact festival gurus. Each year, they do the Malibu and Santa Barbara art festivals, the Oxnard Strawberry Festival, and a slew of lesser known affairs throughout Ventura and LA counties, like the Calabassas Pumpkin Festival and even the Reyes Adobe Days Festival (where the dogs humbly pay tribute to their slaughtered native americans by indulging in overpriced hotdogs & popcorn). The dogs also are regulars at farmers' markets and concerts in the parks. I haven't left the house in ten days and am virtually chained to my barbri books, but the dogs have an active social life.

Surviving The Bar Exam, Part XV

they are beautiful!!!!
Your dogs are potentially snootier than one of my professor's cats who only pays attention to French-language TV programing.
A friend of mine published a book, People I Sleep With, full of photos of animals and humans sleeping alongside each other. Now another one is clearly needed--Festivals I Like Best, starring your gaggle of family four leggeds and their very active cultural life. Cool.
